Cardio Kickboxing Class in St. Pete that Will Change Your Life.

Cardio kickboxing is the cornerstone fitness class in the Krazy Kardio’s™ repertoire. Kellie loves it and you will definitely love it too. You may or may not know that cardio kickboxing is developed from three separate disciplines: martial arts, aerobics and of course…boxing. One thing that is different is that you don’t challenge competitors; instead you challenge yourself to improve your overall fitness, and the best part is...anybody can do it. You can go at your own pace or you can hone your skills to the fullest.

Cardio Kickboxing Class Benefits:

Krazy Weights

 

With our unique twist on lifting you will enjoy using a variety of weights, from barbell squating, to bicep curling with free weights, to kettle bell swings. 

You will be burning the booty muscles, while taking your body to the next level. 

 

This class is exciting, intense and always a fun full body workout!

You will tighten up trouble areas, gain muscle and tone your body. This class will help give you a strong core and frame. 

The body needs weight bearing exercises to stimulate bone growth. Building muscle will also boost your metabolism.

Krazy Bootcamp

 

A fun indoor/outdoor program

 

Team up in groups and motivate each other.

 

From tire flips, to boxing drills to jumping rope, you will do it all with this full body workout!

We get creative with our bootcamp class making it a challenging workout for you. We mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training so you get the best results.

Class is designed to push you harder then you would working out alone.

HIIT

 

This full body conditioning workout gets and keeps your heart rate up, and burns more fat in less time.

 

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of interval training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.

It helps improve performance, it will help you burn more calories all day, and you will feel energized right from the start of class. 

In class you will combine weights, and cardio kickboxing moves to provide you with a great HIIT workout routine.

Tabata 

 


20 seconds on, 10 second rest. Typicaly done in 8 cycles. We make sure that you get a combination of weights, cardio routines and boxing moves for the best results.

 

With Tabata you work really hard and at a fast pace. You will build endurance, and strength. This class will keep your matabolism running in high gear. Tabata training will keep your body burning fat for 24 hours after a work out. This makes it a very popular class.

 

Tabata can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate and help you burn more fat and become leaner.
